Additional Comments - Our sewer pipe broke and Servpro came out within an hour of when our claim was submitted from our insurance carrier. He came at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and stayed until he was finished at 10:00 pm. Two men came out FIRST THING on Saturday morning and removed our carpet and A LOT of damaged items. They put in, I believe 8 fans and 2 dehumidifiers in the basement and a fan in our dining room. They came out every day to insure everything was being done properly. They added a fan to the bathroom and started to eliminate other fans. Call me sentimental but I was sad on the last day they came and removed all of their equipment. They were such a comfort to us during a very stressful time. Instead of just laying plastic on the our hallway floor which is customary, they taped cardboard to the floor as my husband had just been released from the hospital and needed a walker at that time. They were so thoughtful. If you can contact the men who came to my house - please thank them again.
Horrible communication from the office. The on-site team would show up hours later than scheduled. Had NUMEROUS conversations with the manager about communicating schedule changes with me, it fell on deaf ears. Took almost twice as long as they originally told me. While the on site crew was courteous and professional, I could have done what they did in half the time (I just would have needed to rent dehumidifiers and heaters).
