I was very impressed with the painting restoration that they did.
It was worst experience that I have ever had.
While the representatives were courteous and explained the process, their execution of that process was a complete failure. I had to chase them down to get them to follow through on their commitments. We were forced to hire a 3rd party to determine that the sub-flooring was soaked from the water leak, when the SERVPRO inspector guaranteed us there was no water there. I would never use them again and would not recommend their services.

SERVPRO responded promptly and professionally to my call for assistance when water was coming from upstairs down into my kitchen. They were courteous and answered all my questions as well as tackling my water problem timely to prevent mold. They also cleaned up nicely (as if it never happened)! I have already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.
I was very pleased with all that ServPro , completed in my home , they were very nice and respctful of my needs, Thank you for a job well done!
