I was dealing with an insurance company that will remain nameless and originally was sent Service Masters as my Recovery Team after 2 weeks and stating they were not being compensated to remove mold they were fired and ServPro was sent in. From beginning to end they were the epitome of professionalism. I would recommend them in a heart beat and will also caution anyone considering Service Master of Brighton.

I think ServPro did a good job with the mitigation portion and keeping me up to date, but I don't feel they did a good job with the actual process of cleaning and restoring. The staff was friendly but I was underwhelmed by the work they did.

Certain members of the team were great, others not so much. They also left a lot of trash (trim with nails, etc) in my house that are a safety hazard with kids.
They courteous, kind, and very helpful in our time of need. They came calmed me down and told me they would take care of things. I highly recommend them. They even took good care of our animals.
