Missed water damage in the home. Seemed like the crew leader didn’t want anything to do with removing the tub and had to do it myself and tons of water damage found that they said wouldn't be there. I had to continuously point out the travel of the water for them to complete more removal of flooring to find the end of the water damage line. They removed entirely to much insulation under the home well outside of the damaged area. Work was done on a Friday and it seemed like all the crew leader wanted to do was wrap up and go home. Cuts in the flooring and subfloor were unequal to studs so more removal had to be completed in order to replace the subfloor.they used my tools 2 different times in order to complete their work.
