Everything started out ok. But there was not much of a advance notice of when they were coming to do certain things. I had items go missing and when I called to tell someone, they said they would relay the message. Over a month later no one has contacted me as of yet for the new items that disappeared from my drawers.

I would just tell people to be careful. They will try and get you roped into using ServPro for all of the work and not let you use your own contractors. Then, they submitted an outrageous bill to my insurance company. The bill they submitted was four times more than what the work they did was worth. They were only at my house for a day.
