I was abroad when my house flooded, their response was immediate, and they provided me with daily updates through skype. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with home-repair related services. Mr. Johnson is not just extremely capable at what he does, but he is also a wonderful person. He provided me with more than adequate information about the water extraction process and the steps to follow to be reassured that my property would be fine. As a recent first time homeowner, I greatly appreciated his commitment to his profession.
