At that particular time, I had gotten sick working to get all the water and stuff out of my kitchen and everything before we started the process. I was at the doctor's office and I gave them permission to go ahead and to go into my basement and take of everything in a professional manner that I I knew that they would. They were just a lifesaver to me because there was no way I that could have gone and help separate and do things that day. I think the young man's name was Johnathan or Johnny who worked with me to begin with and then Mary and her crew came in and were kind enough to separate everything and itemized everything for me. I couldn't have asked for better service. They gave to me unusually good and humane treatment. I am saying that because they handled everything in a friendly but professional matter. The whole crew did from top to bottom, so I have no complaints whatsoever, nothing but just praise.
