Although, the crew was friendly and courteous, there appeared to be some internal problems with the overall experience. It took too long to schedule the initial pack out and it was not a good look in the end either.

Horrible. After I had a very bad house fire, I was coaxed into using this company by my insurance adjuster and if I had to do it all over again, I would have just walked away. It was not worth all the headache and frustration of having to deal with ServiceMaster and Alacrity. For a company that has "Service" in its name, it certainly doesn't offer good customer service. The construction managers are bullies and disrespectful. All the work is done by sub-contractors and is substandard.
I highly recommend ServiceMaster Property Restoration. All the work I had completed was done professionally and in a timely manner.
