Service Masters was very nice and efficient. They were going through things and making sure everything was okay for the water damaged or noted for repair or replacement. They were also kind when which is always appreciated when this was my first time having something like this happen.

They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for customer service and professionalism They are not able to meet their timeline or deadline that their own people set up.
I wouldn't use them again.
