a lamp was broken, grandfather clock problems, could not find some things things in pantry ended up in box in laundry room, cabinets were re arranged. there was 4 cabinets of dishes that I ask them not to touch. I hope you adjusted the price, have told Allstate. heard a lot of Spanish spoken which I did not care for. the bill says I owe $33. I am not going to pay that so please adjust the bill. thanks

I was impressed with the way Cobb came to my house, surveyed the damage thoroughly. laid out a plan of what would happen, and went to work with his time and amount of work needed survey correct. This young man has lots of experience for his young age.
They were using dehumidifiers. One night my electricity was tripped because they were using to much power. I mentioned it to them the next day, and they brought their own generator. I had to replace one of the plugs because it was actually charred. They caused some damage.
The actual employees are very high quality, but the temps and the way they handled the situation outside of the box wasn't good.
ServiceMaster provided three services to us -- water damage mitigation, moving/storage of furniture, etc., and mold remediation. They provided excellent service in all three. Their staff was professional and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and addressed them along with all questions. They worked around our schedules and our other contractors. Above all, they treated us, our home and our possessions with respect. We could not have been more pleased.
