The crew was professional and very transparent. They told use what was happening, why it was happening, and what the next step. They were very careful when moving items into the garage to protect them. I recommend ServiceMaster 100%.

ServiceMaster did a great job of remediating water damage I had at my home and were great at advocating for me to my insurance company. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

I cannot say enough about the quick response and excellent I received during my crisis. Mr. Bouck sacrificed his holiday and showed up at my hose on Christmas day (2017). The subsequent visits (5) were handled very professionally by his well trained staff. I recommend you request Mr. Bouck of ServiceMaster for all your regular maintenance issues and I am looking forward to working with him this summer to have my vents serviced.

I will never do business with them again (hopefully, I never have another insurance claim). I tried to ignore their 5 requests for a review, but clearly ignoring the requests isn't going to work.Hands down, the worst people to deal with. They explain the process but then don't adhere to it. I am missing several boxes, big items, and numerous other personal effects. While the manager argued with me over whether or not it was approved by me (continuing even after his employee admitted all boxes weren't approved). Tons of attitude and unprofessionalism (not enough characters for all the examples). Worst part- they implied that I was stupid or a liar when i said my house was wet. Hilarious since several parts of my home read over 40% moisture. (Definitely not "dry" by even the most lax standards). Insured beware!!!!
