Since 1999 Mark and Helena Ralph have acquired over 15 years experience in remediation and disaster restoration, even spanning continents. They joined the ServiceMaster team in 2003.
Mark was born and raised in England, where he worked for 6 years with a local water damage company. Originally from Pennsylvania and then living in Portugal, Helena had just graduated valedictorian with a master’s degree in Mathematics when she met Mark while vacationing in North Africa in 1999. During the 3 years they lived in England, they were married and decided to emigrate to San Diego before starting their family. They have been blessed with 3 children.

The ServiceMaster team that came out to my home to control and treat the flood damage in our kitchen did an outstanding job. They were very professional, kept me informed on what they were doing, and came back frequently over a two week period to monitor the removal of water and moisture. Great service. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster.
