I had a fire in my kitchen and it has been over four months since Service Team of Professionals (Portland) came out to begin my kitchen project and nothing has been completed for my kitchen. Service Team of Professionals (Portland) lied to me and it is ridiculous that the small job of completing my kitchen is taking this long. Service Team of Professionals (Portland) has blamed everyone but themselves and so I would not recommend them to anyone, ever.

I was not happy at all with the whole thing. I was not happy with the scheduling, either. They were from out of town, so they could only come when they had other jobs in my area.

They messed up my accent wall and the paint when they took off the trim. They didn't put some of the trim back on in the pantry. Just some things like that.

Failed to show up on time or even the same day multiple times. Basic communication lacked through the whole process. Things were clearly not communicated up the chain. Was told I would get a call to start the restoration process after mold was removed and they never called. Insurance agent told us they submitted paper work to close claim and grossly miscalculated total value of loss. Required repeat visits from claim inspector. Avoid at all cost!
