Overall great experience with sales and construction management teams!

We really wanted one of the MLRs or Live-Work homes, but the salesperson told us they were accounted for and we should buy the TLR because it would be going very soon (there are still TLRs, MLRs, and Live-Work homes available). The house has had a lot of issues (most of the floors squeak in the different rooms, the washing machine shakes the entire house, the flooring has many parts that hurt to walk on, the wood that goes on the top of the wall by the stairs in the garage is missing and we keep on getting snagged on there, there are holes in walls in the garage, the fridge keeps on tripping the circuit in the garage, stucco and stairs still haven't been repaired, countertop has a hole, pantry countertop is too short, sinks drain slowly, carpet is lumpy, doors rub against each other, water pools in spots on the deck and does not drain, sliding door doesn't move properly, etc.) which we were told to bring up to the superintendent, which we have been doing. He has stopped being responsive and they have not fixed any of the issues in our home. We have talked with our neighbors and they have been having many of the same problems. We were told that there is a really good sound barrier between homes, but our neighbors can hear us through the wall when we are just talking at a normal volume. These homes are priced higher than many other townhomes in the area and are labeled as luxury, but the quality and service does not support the price.

We are extremely pleased with the build quality of the house and the features. While our house was a pre-built spec home, it included the majority of the features we wanted and Sego went above and beyond and put in a tile backsplash for us prior to close. We truly enjoyed our sales experience with Isaac Hansen. Isaac really gave us very individualized attention and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

Sego Homes is a good builder, we definitely had some issues as outlined in the rest of the survey.

From start to finish, my experience with Sego was awesome! The home is beautiful, and the people at Sego are incredibly helpful and friendly--5 stars for sure!

The townhome inside is good. The front porch step has a big chip out of the cement. The attempt to fix it looks terrible. Problem with the lack of landscaping completed.

If you are looking for a home with high style and design, and packed with unique features, Sego is likely the builder for you!
I compared Sego with all of the builders in Daybreak and found that their overall value is unmatched. They include features other builders don't even offer. They claim to build homes that are healthy, green and smart and they live up to that in spades. The higher R-value of the insulation found in all areas of the home is noticeably more comfortable every single day, and when the utility bill comes due. All the smart home features are a touch that makes living in the home far more convenient from the day you move in. The sales and construction teams provided outstanding, friendly customer service!
Unparalleled style and design, quality of materials and construction, coupled with outstanding service, is a perfect combination!

Sego has great floorplans and excel in outdoor living spaces. We feel their choices reflect the times and good quality. Our interactions went well throughout the process.
