They are outstanding. Everything was done perfectly. They are wonderful and I have dealt with contractors for years. You definitely want to deal with a contractor that is approved by your insurance company.
Our experience with Scott Yarbrough Inc was not a good one. Once our contractor, Terry was assigned it took a whole month before the pack out even got started and then another two weeks to begin any work. Terry was rarely at the project site and when he was it was for less than 15 minutes. Multiple days no one showed up to work and when they did they showed up way later then what we were told they would. Workers covered our front yard in paint and when I addressed this with Terry informed us that all customers know and expect this will happen. A project that should have taken 4-6 weeks from start to finish ended up taking almost 16 weeks and cost us significantly in hotel & AirB&B bills. When we called the main office a couple of times the lady who answered the phone was nice and promised us call backs that never happened. Scott Yarbrough is definitely not a company we will be using again nor recommending to anyone we know.

I am very satisfied with the work, the quality of the work, and the contractor we worked with, Terry Chapman. He was a pleasure to work with. He listened whenever we had changes we needed to make or questions; he was very accommodating. He was good about returning our phone calls when we tried to reach out to him. We were very happy with him!
Scott Yarbrough and his team really stepped up. At first, I was working with another contracting firm that failed miserably. Scott Yarbrough stepped in and took over. They are quality guys, and they did a great job.

It was a great to work with Scott Yarbrough, Inc. We had a fairly extensive house fire earlier this year and Scott was the GC our insurance adjuster recommended. We were told he was the best. Scott & his team lived up to that prestigious proclamation. Attentive, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, professional and a great deal more can be said of Scott. He does not fit the usual description of a GC. I highly recommend Scott and his team.

Our home was completely flooded and Scott came highly recommended by multiple people. He went above and beyond to get our home repaired as quick as possible. He even had our home done ahead of schedule! There is a reason his company has been in business for over 30 years. Would use him again in a heartbeat!!

Tried to use sub standard material and was made replace with what insurance stated in contract. Had to repair chimney flashing twice, had to replace step flashing and siding on gable (unsuitable with holes in flashing). Did not replace brick wall on garage. Did not replace the over hang and cut rafter short and scabbed on to overhang. Hand the unskilled carpenters in the WORLD. The new flexed ducking had to be torn out replaced with metal duck work as stated in contract. Many things had to be redone after contractor said it was finished or ok.
Scott and Trent were extremely professional and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend them to anyone with no complaints. I wouldn't go with anyone else after dealing with them and plan to call them anytime I need anything done to my home.
They did excellent work in repairing my house. He went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. He exceeded my expectations.

I would use them again for my next remodel. They were very professional and very friendly.
If somebody had to use them and didn't have a choice, I would caution them to make sure they stay on top of these guys, go over everything with a fine-toothed comb, and that they make sure the subcontractors are properly vetted and they're not just asking the cheapest they can get.

We had extensive water damage in our home that impacted flooring, walls, cabinetry, and electrical. Scott Yarbrough and team did a great job of staying on schedule and repairing all the damage. Any item not originally repaired to our expectation were quickly remedied without any question. I would highly recommend Scott Yarbrough, Inc.
Scott and Rex Rock! They are a little slow, but they do it right. It means the world to me to have these guys on my side when something goes wrong. They worry about it so I don't have to. After my 19yro brother moved in a pipe burst upstairs causing tons of ceiling damage on the level below. My insurance sent in this company. A soon as Rex entered my door everything went right. He made sure his crew was out here as soon as possible even though they had tons of other sites and jobs they were juggling. They fixed up the bathroom and installed white round penny tile as per my request and straightened out some electrical problems before repairing the damaged ceiling. Everything they touched looks better than before the burst pipe. I cant say enough about them as whole but especially Rex, he's got all the ducks in a row and he is a super great guy.
I don't foresee that ever happening. I wouldn't be in that kind of a conversation with anybody.
