We purchased our home and moved in January 2024. The previous owner had the roof replaced by Schroeder Roofing. There was a leak caused by an old solar tube. I contacted the realtor who provided me with the phone number of this company. I spoke with Ashley then and she said they were in Florida for hurricane repair but would get back to me. They contacted a local company that inspected the roof, determined the issue, and worked with Schroeder to replace and repair the leak issues at no charge to me. This was not what we were expecting but of course, we are very thankful and our issues are resolved. They obviously take pride in their work and service. Thank you and blessings. Stu
