They highly recommeded Owings Corning shingles as the best. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Property was cleared of all debris from old shingles. Management was on site to supervise the job, inspect the clean up, to answer questions I might have had and to inspect the completed job making sure the job was completed correctly and everything was sealed tightly.

We appreciated them when they came back and supported us on projects that needed to be repaired due to weather. They didn't say they didn't care or couldn't come. They come back resolve the problems.

Recognized Excellence - You never know who the workman are but I find that all of the guys who work for them are extremely professional on every level. They arrive on time and clean up after themselves. They do whatever is on the contract for them to do. The price isn't always the cheapest but I'd rather go for good quality than low price. Gavin did a good job and we've been with him for a couple of years. We used to use another gentleman who was with us most of the time but he has since retired. He would always come and check on us during the process to make sure it was going right and we were satisfied. I'm not saying that Gavin didn't do that. I just don't remember. We were with the other guy for so long that we knew he was going to be there. I've told people about them. I spoke with one of the installers one time who told me they went back to a job after 10 years to fix it. We had a repair thing with them but it was weather related and had nothing to do with them. They gave a deal on the price because we had been with them for so long. They recognize loyalty. We felt the repair was good and the price was fair. We were a victim of the manufacturer. They do an excellent job and I would call them again.
