I was looking for something best suited for our needs and I wasn’t pressured into going one way or the other with any option. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and Obed spent a good amount of time with me walking around my house and discussing each window. I never felt like he had somewhere else he needed to be. He even guided us with the selection of trim and capping colors and explained how the windows would be installed.
