They were really professional and came out quickly to start the restoration part of the clean up. They probably saved me a lot of money as far as the work to replace the hardwood floors because they came out so quickly.

The work they did was very poor.

The filter on the air scrubber was completely clogged. After letting the technicians know when they returned the 2nd day, they removed the unit. Then said the unit had done it's job and insurance would only pay for one day.
