The mold was not completely removed and the guys did not move my furniture with care they just throw and piled it up any kind of way some of my things were bent and dented.

The product is overpriced.

Damaged areas of the house out side of the area needing mitigation, needlessly. It into unaffected flooring, damaging walls from carelessness moving equipment around. Poor workmanship in opening up ceilings causing more damage than required and damaging floors and stairs due to carelessness.

I was unhappy with the demolition process. Some items were removed, and some things that should have been removed, like rotten wood, were left in. Some of the wood taken out was not rotten, but they left rotten wood in. I am waiting for a response from them.

They did a bad job. They took forever. They didn't communicate with me. They put things in trash bags and not in boxes. They did not take care of family heirlooms. They did a poor job.
