Rytech of Baltimore did a great job. However, they need to stay professional at all times. The last incident, I had an issue with them not getting back with me. Also, the profanity that was used in my home by the sales representative in my home was not ok.

The reason it is not 5 stars is that I have not been given a full reason for part of the demo as to why they had to take as much as they did on our main floor. I know that may be technical, but I feel they took way more than necessary. That being said, they were all respectful and nice to us.
