We felt that the PENSACOLA staff was much more thorough than the Tallahasse staff that came out the first time.

The company put two dehumidifiers in. The second floor one was directed into a portion of the opened up wall and did dry it out. The larger one put on the first floor was put to dry out an area in the ceiling with two relatively small openings. No fan to direct the dehumidified air was installed so pretty much all it did was dehumidify the air lower in the room. The upper dehumidifier was left there well past when detectable moisture was there. The first floor one was there a long time due to the lack of fan…I added one of my own and monitored with a moisture detector until it was dry.

The two guys that came in did great work and were very respectful. They had to put a lot of materials in a bag in the front yard. I heard the workers tell their boss on the phone that the bag was full. The bag was left in my yard for two months before being picked up and it destroyed the grass around it.
