I was happy with the service, but unhappy with the quality. They left lots of damage to my foundation as well as some of the interior Sheetrock areas that will cause more work and money to repair.

Technicians were polite and answered all my questions. They were prompt each time they came and were careful to protect my home and keep areas/furnishings clean.

I met with Thomas to walk through the damage of our home due to septic backup. Throughout the process I called him several times, left messages, and text. 11/30/2021 (to date) have not received in any form correspondence in return.

They came out here for a water leak and then just never responded for over a month afterwards. I have nothing good to say. They even left equipment here for a month.

We had water damage in our house. The Rytech's tech Nicholaus came promptly to our house to fix the problem. He worked for a few days on the areas that were damaged. We were very happy with the final outcome. We truly recommend Rytech of Austin to everyone because of their knowledge and professionalism.

The representatives we dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and they made the best out of an unpleasant situation.

The water leak was very termatic however the Rytech crew that worked on my home was wonderful. They kept us abreast of everything as it happened. I have nothing but good things to say about them
