I was happy that they covered 100% of the entire exterior of our home and it was completed with no gaps. That is very commendable since it is hard to get contractors to actually finish the job that you pay them to do. They did fantastic!

They did an excellent job on siding. There only weak spot was the painting crew. They put stain on the deck while it was wet. Overall Royal Exteriors did a very good job.
Communication - If there was a 5, I would give them that. They were great.

Lead Source - I heard about Royal Exteriors through home advisor, and they were the first to respond to my post on home advisor. After I talked to them I knew I didn't want to talk to anyone else.
Areas For Improvement - I cant think of a single way they fell short of my expectations. Given the level of quality that they provide, they are the best vendor I have ever worked with on the contracting side. They are the best I have ever worked with and that is not an exaggeration.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I would say, if I really had to put my finger on it, I have to combine 2 things, their level of organization and their effective communication. Things happened when they said they would and if things happened out of their control (like the weather), they let me know ahead of time. They spoke to me about any alternatives that might exist. They were perfectly organized and communicated with me fantastically.
Additional Comments - They were gold star from the get go, everything they did was top notch quality and service!

Sales Solutions - Roy explained a variety of options and did everything he could to keep us within our budget while still providing excellent solutions
Communication - As the project got started, Cy could not be a better project manager than she is. Every morning she lets us know what's happening that day. Any issues are promptly brought to our attention. And one really big issue we had with our windows was resolved because she took the time to find us the best solution within our budget. The subs have a ton of respect for her design ideas as well.

Professional & Organized - more professional than any other contractor we interviewed. Including LOWES.
Clean & Safe - although we have been living in a construction site for a couple of weeks. Everyone cleaned up daily to make it safe and as clean as they could.
Quality: Workmanship/Materials/Crew - The siding team led by Carlos was absolutely amazing. They are all perfectionists and incredibly hard workers The bricklayers we used for the paving with Mario and his team are just as skilled.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The price was very fair but the quality of the craftsmanship is way above and beyond. From the really big efforts like taking out bad wood to the very smallest detail, we could not be more pleased with the level of excellence they work within.
Current Referrals - we have already talked to neighbors and friends and have told a couple of realtor friends we know who are always looking for great references.
Recognized Excellence - Roy, Cy, Carlos, and Mario. They are all the very best at what they do.
Additional Comments - We did our homework and asked very tough questions before deciding on Royal. Its always a little nerve-wracking having perfect strangers working on your biggest investment. it didn't take much time at all before we started to feel extremely comfortable that we were in the right hands. a job extremely well done! They're also very nice and friendly people. That makes a difference too.

Royal Exteriors captured my vision and what I wanted to do. I asked for something low maintenance and they exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a change in the look of my house.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Royal Exteriors exceeded my expectations with their level of customer service. Ty and Roy, in the beginning, did a great job capturing my vision and brought it to life. We were only going to do half the project, but it was so great that we went ahead and did the rest.

We had a very good conversation about what was going to be done, how it was going to get done and when it was going to get done. Then we discovered things that we were able to go over. They pretty much answered pretty quickly.
