Rosie's Restoration went above and beyond to work with my insurance agent once they had discovered that I had wind damage to my roof. They met with the adjuster, after having to rearrange the meeting date because of rain, and were very prompt once the claim was paid. Very good.

From start to finish Rosie's was more professional than any contractor with whom I have worked. From the initial proposal, to the finished job, everything that was promised occurred, and the final roof totally enhances the house, as the original one did not.

I am completely satisfied with the work done at my home. I was given step by step detail on the roofing process before any construction was started. My questions were answered fully and to my satisfaction. I feel like the owner provides only high quality work and materials. The workers showed up on time and finished within a day. When I found that a plank had been dislodged in the attic, the repair was done within 2 days. I highly recommend this company without any reservation.

We were more than happy with Rosie's Restoration for our new roof. Charlie knew exactly how the insurance companies could view our house and came up with the best way to go about claiming it! They were ahead of schedule and installed our roof on a SUNDAY because of the rain they were calling for the next day! And there were so many workers they got our roof done in half a day. Other people in our neighborhood it would take two days to finish. Also with being prompt, we had our roof on before others who had to wait which seemed like weeks to get theirs done by the other companies! We don't normally get hail here in PA, but if we ever have hail damage again, or any other sort of damage we know without a doubt we will be calling Rosie's!! Thank you again!!

The Vice President/Manager of Rosie's Restoration was always at our home on time and most of the time, he was on site for the entire process.
