They were supposed to come back to do a final walk through, and it never happened. The payment options were not made very clear.

Rosie's Restoration went above and beyond to work with my insurance agent once they had discovered that I had wind damage to my roof. They met with the adjuster, after having to rearrange the meeting date because of rain, and were very prompt once the claim was paid. Very good.

From start to finish Rosie's was more professional than any contractor with whom I have worked. From the initial proposal, to the finished job, everything that was promised occurred, and the final roof totally enhances the house, as the original one did not.

Really enjoyed working with Charlie. He worked very well with my insurance company and was very helpful in explaining the whole process.

I am completely satisfied with the work done at my home. I was given step by step detail on the roofing process before any construction was started. My questions were answered fully and to my satisfaction. I feel like the owner provides only high quality work and materials. The workers showed up on time and finished within a day. When I found that a plank had been dislodged in the attic, the repair was done within 2 days. I highly recommend this company without any reservation.
