Overall I was very satisfied with the entire process. The staff and owner were 100% upfront and honest. The products used met or exceeded my expectations. The time line for the project went over by a couple of days due to weather but that is beyond the control of either party. I was originally told the job was scheduled for 6-8 weeks out but a last minute cancellation allowed me roof to get done less than two weeks after bid. Roof Works NW stayed true to their estimate and delivered the exact finished product I wanted. My only gripe is that with the current situation of the economy the project cost me about 30% more than if I had gotten it done the previous summer but all in all RWNW did an amazing job and I would definitely use them again.
We love our new roof. It looks fabulous, and we no longer have to worry when it rains. It is too soon to know exactly how durable the new shingles are, but the house looks so much better than it did. The RoofWorks Northwest staff are organized, professional, friendly, and kind. They also avoid waste and unnecessary expense. For instance, they didn't insist on replacing all of our gutters. Instead, they evaluated what was there and kept what was perfectly good and still serviceable. We recommend this company!

RoofWorks owner's presentation was thorough and his demeanor was calm and confident.Although the job was completed in October Roofworks assured us the weather wouldn't be a factor. The job was completed on time, on budget and the workmanship is terrific. We highly recommend them!
