This is the company to use if you're looking for a quality, no hassle roof install. The sales staff was well trained, and the install staff was, well, I've never seen anything like that. Such a professional team and a well oiled machine. I have a medium sized home and they did the job in one day. Watching them work, it looks like they've been doing this for a very long time. I had one question during the install process. From the time I asked one of the workers if I could ask a question, and the foreman answering was 5 minutes. They did an incredible job picking up as well.

I did have two other contractors I contacted, but Roofs Restored had the best presentation. I did contact an attorney about how much I was charged, and I was told to find out how many other people have complained about them and the price. I was not happy.

RR fails in assisting customers in dealing with insurance companies. A lump sum invoice that consists of one number does not cut it when arguing for more money from the insurance company. Significantly disappointed in this area,

Roof Restored was very professional, handled all our concerns, and did an excellent job. We just experienced hurricane Lara and we are displaced right now.
