Mr. Russell's knowledge of roofing is extensive, and he is very detail oriented. He is honest and conscientious, and his business practices are exemplary. He maintained contact throughout construction, sent photos and videos to document progress, and verified materials were as agreed in the contract. He handled unexpected details and changes as they occurred, and shared his knowledge and experience to make sure I understood the choices to be made. He always consulted with me and did not move ahead until I was comfortable with the process.

The owner, Bernie, was very attentive through the entire process of the job. We had just purchased our home only to discover two very major leaks in our roof. Bernie came out and assessed the damage and within a week of signing the bid his guys were at our house. The demo team he uses is very efficient and clean, they were at our house for approx. 3 hours and when they left there was no trash or evidence they had torn the roof off. The companies foreman was there every morning at 630-7am and always communicative about things that had come up. While we had the roof off we decided to have our HVAC and some plumbing looked at. Bernard Russell roofing was accommodating to the other contractors schedules and worked around them. Bernie shows up several times throughout the day to check on progress and to also answer any questions we may have had. Overall we are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, quality of work and the whole experience we had with Bernie and Bernard Russell Roofing.

Bernie Russell was amazing! He is the best contractor we have ever worked with and we just completed a major remodel of our 100 year old craftsman home.
