I had a terrible salesman, he could have solved my problem instead of sitting in the office and letting the thing explode. I would like Owens Corning to give me the specifications for the warranty to be valid. I have pictures of the project, and I do not think they met the specifications for Owens Corning. The reason I know this is that this is the second lifetime roof I have had installed, and the other company met the requirements for the warranty.

I had some issues and they had to come back. There were some leaks that they had to come back for. It took a few visits for them to get it fixed.

My roof looks beautiful.

Work was great, the new roof is great, the team was friendly. However, the delay in the chimney cap was not communicated very well, took a very long time, and was the actual source of the issues with water leaking.

I would gladly refer anyone to RRG if they are in need of any kind of roofing job. I have never been more satisfied.
