Areas Of Satisfaction - The timeliness of getting the installation scheduled after I made my selection of the product exceeded my expectations.

From the time they got to my home till the last man drove away, Total = 6hrs. Was done with expertise. There were also 3 Supervisors on location the whole 6 hrs.

We paid more than other quotes for Roofing Louisiana but that is because we got a lot more product and a better and stronger roof. They came and explained everything that would go on the roof and why. Other roofing companies just measure the roof and give you a price. You have no idea what the quality of the product is or what they are going to put on your roof. Color is the only thing they ask you about. That makes a big difference, it is worth spending the extra money for a much better and longer lasting product. One of the best things was they helped us so much with our insurance claim. Insurance companies will do anything to pay as little as possible. Roofing LA is very knowledgable about insurance claims and will get more than the insurance company says they will pay on the first quote. They leave nothing out of the claim like the insurance company tries to do.

I have no issues, and I am enjoying my beautiful home. There were other companies I contacted, but were not able to come on in a timely manner. They were timely to arrive to do my roof. They came out and took care of everything. I am satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
