Roofing Force LLC was quick. It was a quick turnaround once they got started. It was 48 hours and I had the roof replaced and trash removed. I have not always been so lucky and there would be framing and more damage found. However, this is my second time using Roofing Force, and it has been the same aspect, 48 hours, and we are done.

There was no clear communication on installation date, which seemed to drag on for 2 weeks.
When the installation was complete, the wrong parts/trim was used. They had to come out and SPRAY PAINT the mismatched color.

Mike Y. was very helpful through the whole pressess, products are top notch, price was reasonable.

I would highly recommend them to anyone based on the service they gave us. It was good from start to finish. Randy, the gentleman we worked with, was the spearhead who made it such a good visit.

One of the main things that we really liked about Roofing Force was that they didn’t just hand us a quote and expect us to figure it out. They scheduled a time that was convenient for us to have a representative come to our house sit down and explain the quote, how they work with the insurance, what options we had and then answer all the questions we had. The last time we had our roof replaced, we were totally in the dark. After working with Roofing Force this time, we can now see how the process SHOULD go. We went away from the sit down with their representative much more confident about the choices we made and how the process would go from start to finish and that is exactly what happened.

Shane Sibbet knocked on my door one day, after an adjuster from my insurance already told me that yes my roof is bad, but the insurance would deny the claim.
Shane told me that he would have my back and help me every step of the way in order to get me approved for a new roof. He was there when the 2nd adjuster showed up, and everything he's done for me was with kindness and understanding regarding my upcoming surgery. He also went above and beyond by just being a kind human being, and that sadly is very rare these days.
The roofing crew went above and beyond, cleaning leaves and branches off my deck and patio below, and just being very respectful to me and my property in a professional and kind manner.

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone I worked with was polite, professional, and punctual. Communication was clear and I never had an issue with getting a hold of anyone when needed. They started when they said they would and finished right on time. Anthony Dominguez handled my case and he did an amazing job working with me. Can't recommend these guys enough.

They had poor workmanship.

We were referred to Roofing Force by the Roofing supplier. Brandon was our first contact and he did an outstanding job. He answered our questions and our daughter‘s questions for a major hail storm in Tennessee with softball size hail and my dad‘s house about a quarter mile up the hill from us.

They did what they said they would and were very good and courteous.

Andrew was awesome and it was a huge help to us. He answered all of our questions and provided us with excellent customer service before and after the roof was put on. We really appreciate it.

Jaremiah Harris is who you want on your side! He went over and above his job description in helping me. I have never had to file a claim so I was not familiar with the process. Jaremiah literally was helping me from the initial claim filing to fighting the insurance company. Including getting the Oklahoma Insurance Commission involved to make the insurance cover my damages. Every question, doubt or issue I had Jaremiah was there!
The crew who did the work were amazing as well. Very respectful and efficient! My roof looks amazing!
One more shout out to Johnna Green for dealing with the paperwork and demands of the insurance company. I know they were not easy to deal.with!
