Carlos was great to work with at every step of the way. Not only did a get a quality roof installed on time but I was also able to address attic ventilation concerns. Carlos worked tirelessly to make sure I was comfortable with the process, materials being used, and answering all my questions (and there were a lot!). Other roof companies weren’t as invested - hoping for a long time before I ever have to call Carlos again but if I do have any problems with my roof he will be the first call!

Roof Repair Squad is the most professional company that I have ever dealt with. The salesman was attentive to our needs and concerns and offered a product that fulfilled our request. The (13) workmen arrived on time and were finished by mid afternoon. Our one or two post-installation concerns were taken care of immediately. I cannot imagine any vendor being better than the Roof Repair Squad.

Arrived as scheduled to begin work. All went well and work was completed in a timely manner.

My experience was unbelievably easy. There were very friendly. Their professionalism was to the upmost. The quality of the work was outstanding. We are extremely happy.

There was only issue that I had, and they were very accommodating and thoughtful. I am very OCD about my yard, however, when the stuff got delivered, the quantity of roof shingles was not checked. They did the work, and came back, but left it open over the weekend with the tarp. We had a rain storm come through that led up to five leaks. They checked the roof before the storm. Twenty minutes after they left, there were five leaks. They made it right afterwards. If they would've checked the amount of supplies needed, I would not have gotten those leaks. It was a good 30% plus, for the back of my roof. I am recommending that they are more diligent with checking the quantity of materials for the job, before they tear the roof off. It wasn't until Monday, that they could fix it. We couldn't put a bucket under the leaks. I think that is something that needs to be part of a procedure. I am very happy with the staff, quality of work, and the care they project on peoples properties.

If I recommend them, it is going to be with a warning regarding the crew, to be sure what you want gets done. The Project Manager wasn't there, so I don't know how it gets communicated to a crew.
