The process from start to finish

On 8/28/25 I paid for the reroofing job. Ryan said parts of the gutters needed more work. As of today, 10/1/25 this additional work has not been done Otherwise I'm happy with the work.

Shelli-Ray went above and beyond communicating the scope of the project and scheduling the logistics. When small issues arose as they do with any project of this size, she was responsive and helpful.

The process was easy and the crew was great. The only hiccup was with the office crew because they changed systems or staff and some signed docs were lost. They were eventually found and honestly it wasn’t a big deal.

Scheduling was annoying as I had to repeatedly call about when my project would start, especially when I was told I’d receive a call and didn’t. I don’t think a 20k job should take 4months to simply schedule the work. The work crew were top notch, respectful, punctual, consistent, they tried to be respectful around my young children, they cleaned up their and went above and beyond to make sure dangerous nails were not left behind where my kids might be injured. Can’t say enough good things about the work crew. They made the issues with communication and scheduling worth it.

The crew showed up every day until the job was finished. They did a great job and kept the area around the house clean every day. A very professional crew.

I have had several roofs replaced over my years in different towns. This was the best Roofing Company I hired, Plus at a great price.

During the process, they brought in enough guys to work proficiently and professionally. I had no concerns as far as safety for their guys. We had four roofs done at the same time, and they were very professional.
