They went above and beyond. It is a beautiful roof. I am happy with it, and they were very professional.
I would highly recommend them. They are very honest, and the work is very high quality. You want that, especially when it comes to the roof of your house.
From the sales to the installation, everything was done professionally, completely, and efficiently! I would recommend Rochester Premier to anyone! They were very comprehensive! They did siding and gutter work for me, as well! They are a complete solution at a fair price!
They failed to follow up on what should have been a simple fix for a gutter they damaged and they have not responded to me since November. (This is March.) See summary of emails below:From: Dan Sent: Thursday, October 05, 2017 12:46 AMHello Eric,We have an issue here that I didn’t notice until today when I went to clean the gutter. As you’ll see from the photos, your guys broke my downspout. They popped the fasteners where the downspout exits the top gutter. They did not replace the one on the left of the picture, which is why it pulled away and is crooked. Worse, they tried to fix the one on the right by shoving in a roofing nail. Look at the photos and you’ll see what I mean. After I took the photos, I got up there and straightened it, but it’s not going to hold. I’d like someone to come by with the proper tools and fasteners and make it right. Please contact me.(NOTE: Eric called me somewhere in here--don't have exact date--and said they'd take care of it.)On 11/2/2017 11:44 PM, Dan wrote:Eric,Still would like to get this fixed before the snow & ice come. You can call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx(Number Deleted).Dan From: Eric McInroy Sent: Wednesday, November 08, 2017 1:41 PMWe will get this done in the next week or two. Thanks,EricDec 12, 2017;From: DanWhen is this happening?Dan.....(Silence)Mar 20, 2018Still no response.P.S. Sometime around Christmas, the downspout dislodged and fell to the ground, just like I told them it would.
I needed the roof at a time when there was a big storm and everybody here needed a new roof. There was a lag in trying to get people out to repair things. They were very busy so I had to wait awhile but I understand because of the storm we had.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Rochester Premier Remodeling as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
