They went above and beyond. It is a beautiful roof. I am happy with it, and they were very professional.

I would highly recommend them. They are very honest, and the work is very high quality. You want that, especially when it comes to the roof of your house.

From the sales to the installation, everything was done professionally, completely, and efficiently! I would recommend Rochester Premier to anyone! They were very comprehensive! They did siding and gutter work for me, as well! They are a complete solution at a fair price!

They failed to follow up on what should have been a simple fix for a gutter they damaged and they have not responded to me since November. (This is March.) Sometime around Christmas, the downspout dislodged and fell to the ground, just like I told them it would.

I needed the roof at a time when there was a big storm and everybody here needed a new roof. There was a lag in trying to get people out to repair things. They were very busy so I had to wait awhile but I understand because of the storm we had.
