The salesperson, workers, and quality of the job was good. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.
They did a very good job, very professional, and had great communication skills. They gave me updates along the way. They did a good job cleaning the yard and everything was put back the way that it should have been. I would strongly recommended them to anyone that needed a new roof.

The salesperson william was amazing.
I was very happy with the quilty of work and their timeliness, but they left some trash in my backyard. Instead of taking an antennae, they hid it behind my yard and the painter left his ladder.
Everything started off extremely well, William with Sales was fabulous, had some problems with our insurance company but William worked diligently to address every question they had. Then came the time to schedule the date, took longer than we expected, but there was no hurry on our part, the roof was protected, and we were waiting on the weather to cooperate. Then on the day of the install, there was expected issues that damaged our siding facings, a window screen, and left a torn shingle. We were told that these items would be addressed within days. Almost a month later, after numerous calls, visits, picture takings, etc. these items were fixed. During this time period we had some staff come and do some work and left burn stains on our lawns. The final outcome is the company offered to place some boots on our roof vents (a $300 value) to compensate for the overall difficult experience. Again, hoping this is a one and done experience having to have our roof replaced, and would highly recommend the initial experience, but the overall experience is neutral.
They were really quick putting the new roof on and everything was cleaned up very well.
The sales guy and production team promised to fix a leak.They have not made that repair,because they do not cover defective chimneys.
I have already recommended them.

Ben wanted to make sure that when the adjustor came that he was here. If it would have not been for him than I would have not had a new roof. The adjustor was not going to get on the roof and Ben insisted for them to get on the roof.
The quality of work was fine from Ridge Valley Exteriors. The salesman just did not do what he promised.

Our sales rep, Brandon was a very nice guy. He did a great job and was very fair. He did not try to pressure us into doing anything we did not want. We had a little issue but Brandon fixed it immediately and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors to family and friends. Thank you for a a job well done!

They were very expedient and professional. They were in and out in a day. I was pretty impressed and it looks great. I only gave three's because one piece was not installed.
I was exceptionally impressed with every member of the company! I got texts and photos from the day of the work. They found some issues with the roof, and they sent me pictures. I received continuous communication throughout the process! I wish every company I have dealt with was as professional and friendly as Ridge Valley Exteriors!
I was very pleased with the original person that came out. His name was Ken. I don't think he is with the company anymore, but I was very pleased with the initial salesman, Ken. He was professional, very personable and he was actually the best experience I had overall with Ridge Valley Exteriors. They all do quality work and I was happy with the outcome of the exterior, roofing job. I was not happy with the interior and that's why I would not recommend them for any interior work to be done. I love my roof by the way! It's beautiful!
Scott and the entire crew with Ridge Valley were great to work with. We love our new roof and are very please with the workmanship. They all went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right.
They did a good job! The job was done in a timely manner and was quick. The subcontractors were efficient, and Ridge Valley Exteriors kept a good watch on everyone that was working on the project. I have no objections to anything they've done.
Did a fantastic job in the work itself along with doing it in a timely manner. Nolan Quinn was fantastic in keeping us updated as we had not only the roof to replace but due to water damage they also handled the interior painting as well. A one stop shop for us.
