Our sales rep, Brandon was a very nice guy. He did a great job and was very fair. He did not try to pressure us into doing anything we did not want. We had a little issue but Brandon fixed it immediately and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors to family and friends. Thank you for a a job well done!

They were very expedient and professional. They were in and out in a day. I was pretty impressed and it looks great. I only gave three's because one piece was not installed.
I was exceptionally impressed with every member of the company! I got texts and photos from the day of the work. They found some issues with the roof, and they sent me pictures. I received continuous communication throughout the process! I wish every company I have dealt with was as professional and friendly as Ridge Valley Exteriors!
I was very pleased with the original person that came out. His name was Ken. I don't think he is with the company anymore, but I was very pleased with the initial salesman, Ken. He was professional, very personable and he was actually the best experience I had overall with Ridge Valley Exteriors. They all do quality work and I was happy with the outcome of the exterior, roofing job. I was not happy with the interior and that's why I would not recommend them for any interior work to be done. I love my roof by the way! It's beautiful!

They did a good job! The job was done in a timely manner and was quick. The subcontractors were efficient, and Ridge Valley Exteriors kept a good watch on everyone that was working on the project. I have no objections to anything they've done.
Did a fantastic job in the work itself along with doing it in a timely manner. Nolan Quinn was fantastic in keeping us updated as we had not only the roof to replace but due to water damage they also handled the interior painting as well. A one stop shop for us. This was an issue of overpromising and under delivering from the time that the sales rep set expectations with regards to the sales process and the installation timeline, those expectations were not close to being met. The delivery of roof materials was delivered at 6:45 in the morning with no advanced notice and when we were told that it would take approx 4 weeks, it took 4 months with no communication for a month at a time. While the work was done in a professional manner I can not help but feel like I overpaid for their service.

I might recommend with a disclaimer to ensure there was an English speaking crew member on site to handle any issues that may arise. And to be sure of the estimate PRIOR to the actual work.

Quality of work was overall very good, but once the paperwork was signed communication fell off precipitously and I had to take the initiative in reaching out for updates - proactive communication was virtually non-existent. One mistake was made regarding the satellite dishes, and the company was initially very apologetic and offered to fix the problem, however we received no follow-up on this item and ultimately had to resolve the issue on our own. Overall a mostly positive experience but communication outside of pre-sales consults is serious opportunity area.
