Derric and his team are true professionals! Courtney and Gigi in the office kept me well informed. If a problem came up, Derric was quick to call us and get it rectified. He even sent a crew out a few days before the hurricane to have soffits installed on our new addition so we wouldn’t have any damage!! This is a great company who cares about their clients. They also donate a portion of their profits to St Jude, which is an amazing cause! Thank you, so much, Derric and Ridge Valley for a great roofing experience!!!!

After the hurricane a neighbor recommended ridge valley. I was in contact with Keenan Sampson who quickly responded and came to the property. He provided a thorough report with numerous pictures which was good as we weren’t in the home at the time. He was very helpful and always available for questions and keeping informed.we were never pressured to commit or to request payments as we had insurance claim.

It was very difficult to schedule the job. No single person to talk to. The day of the installation the workers didn't speak English and no one to answer questions. They left behind some unused materials even though I asked that they be removed. My salesman quit and sales manager would not return my calls. Communication is a major problem!
Sales-wonderful. Shortage of flat roofing materials an issue. Workers were very nice and efficient. Finish job took a long time but in the end I was very satisfied.
Everyone at Ridge Valley is TOP notch. David Calderon started the process with professionalism and great communication. VERY responsive. After the job, the company was responsive in sending out someone to inspect some work that I had questions about. Even the billing department, Nancy T, was amazing through the process, helping me with various payment options.

Communication with me after the contract was signed, was instigated by me. Our tenant let us know when materials were delivered. Repair/replacement dates were changed with no one contacting me—our tenant informed us.
I felt treated like a valued customer and not a Job Lot number. All associates that I had in person or telephone contact with were professional and caring. That the work on my roof also benefitted St. Jude was a plus.

The quality of the roofing material through the actual work done by the excellent crew continues to impress us as top notch. The crew was on time and efficient from the tearing off of the old roof, the work to put the new roof on and final clean up. I would not recommend Ridge Valley given their poor follow up. One of their selling points was that they were not a fly by night roofer who would leave town quickly and never follow up, but they turned out to be just as bad with poor communication and no follow up.
