There is no connection between the sales team and the installation team. Things that I discussed with the salesperson were not conveyed to the installation team.
One sheet of plywood was clearly bad, as seen from inside the attic, but the salesperson and I agreed to only replace a 4' x 4' section, to avoid removing and reinstalling the antenna. The installation team only wanted to replace a 2' x 4' section.
I asked the salesperson about whether chimney flashing would be cut into the brick, and the salesperson said "we always do that." The installation team wanted to just adhere the flashing to the surface of the brick. When I said that I was told it was always cut into the brick, the installation team said, "we almost never do that".
After this experience, I have no confidence that anything promised by sales will actually be done unless I stand there and watch the entire installation.

The were very professional and communicated well with us about the project.

After the roof replacement job, it rained and water soaked into my inside ceiling by the skylights they replaced. I called and they came out the next morning and sealed them. There was nothing done about the inside damage, the ceiling was stained and mold later formed by the crown molding. They had come in and saw the ceiling and agreed it was soaked. The only solution provided was to seal what should have been done when the job was performed. I've been spraying mold removal spray and once it doesn't come back, I have some stain removal product I will try on the staining. If I experience any adverse conditions later due to this I will be calling them to see what they will do about it. But for what I paid this never should have happened. I only removed one star for this as the rest of the work seems fine and was completed in a day
