Overall not a good experience. We had multiple project delays, unprofessional subcontractors, holes left in the side of the house for weeks while they were figuring out their stuff. I expected better for the project cost so will not be using them again for any additional jobs.

The ability to call Gary throughout the entire process from initial meeting to after the job completion was huge in the above rating. Also, everyone at Ridge Top was quick to respond to questions and always willing to help.

I did recommend to my friend and neighbor. Lyon Vaillancourt stopped by after he sold the job and told me I was going to receive a $300 referral fee. That was about 3 months ago. I text Lyon and he has not texted me back. Any chance that I will receive that?

Absolutely! They arrived when they said they would. The salesperson stayed involved until the project was finished. Never felt neglected.

Management doesn't commune with each other had a crew show up who couldn't due the work on the house and that after telling me tht they were waiting for the city to sign the permit. I went to the city and was told they hadn't filed a permit after I had been waiting bout 8 weeks for them to show up. The work force that did the actual work was great did exactly what was required and it looks great. The project Manager for the job was more concerned about his personal rating and not my job.

Ridgetop was an absolute joy to work with. Jeff is a master at what he does and clearly takes great pride in his work. Friendly, knowledgeable, and provides top notch quality. Jeff even caught and pointed out a defect that i hadn't even noticed and got it taken care of. Have used Ridgetop multiple times in multiple homes and will anyways call them first.

Ridge top is just like every other company anymore. They are simply and administrative company that hires outside contractors to do work with some checks and balances. Our team was very unskilled and even had language barriers
