We appreciate the tenacity of Riddle Brothers. Our project took longer than expected, but they were committed to doing it right and to our satisfaction.

I wouldn't say we had any issues with Riddle Brothers per say and I believe they will do what's needed to make things right but overall we probably would not return because of the subcontractor quality.

Positives:
- Our account manager was very responsive and made us feel like he would get things fixed no matter what.
- Consultation experience was easy and they answered all questions we had.
- We feel they are a reputable company and no reps were pushy before we signed the contract, as many of the roofers who came to our door were.

Negatives:
- Subcontractor quality and the number of repeat trips it took to fix what we feel should have been resolved quicker.
- The initial company rep, who we believed we would be working with through the process, passed our account on to another account manager, and the communication to us on that handoff could have been better. The account manager we ended with was very responsive and professional and we were pleased with our experience with him. We just had to double communicate some things during the handoff.

Brain Adams has been helpful. His customer service is excellent. He is an honest and straightforward man. He is one of the reason we will continue to work with this company.

Riddle Bros. did an awesome job on my house! I had some hail damage and fence issues. Walter Cano was great to work with, as well as Ramon Hernandez. Their crew was very professional, and they answered all my questions. They were very meticulous and cleaned up each day before they left my house. Walter Cano helped me through my entire insurance claim process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing good quality work done.

Everything from start to finish went smoothly. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them again and again.

Dealing with Max was a breeze. I would recommend him to everyone.
