I would / will recommend Reynolds Roofing & will use them in the future

For anyone wanting a new roof or needing to replace an old roof, Reynolds Exteriors and Coatings is the way to go. They do high quality work at a more than fair price. We are very happy with their workmanship.

Not sure if the Prefferd over recommended is worth the extra 1 thousand dollars over other owens corning contractors.

I caught them not putting ice & water shield along eaves as promised. Salesman/PM was supposedly watching what they do, but I had to tell him. What if I hadn't been watching? Also, I magneted up at least 100 nails & screws because guy doing the magnet only went about 1 foot away from house. Drip edge isn't installed correctly on at least 1 side of the house, and nails are caught behind the gutter. More nails washed out from downspout the day after roof installed, I assume my underground gutter drains are chock-full of nails now. I reported all this to Justin, who told me QA person would come out to inspect/fix, but it's been over a month.

I like everything they did although I have questions about a couple things but not enough to lower my rating!!

The work was done according to the agreed time frame. The cleanup was done well. My roses were not disturbed or hurt in anyway. Pricing was listed on the contract. The roof looks very good. Drew was polite, friendly, and willing to explain why the bid was the amount and what may come up as an added expense. The added expense was very reasonable. Due to the age of our house, the added expense was not a surprise.

Our roof has several flaws. Ridge cone over garage ending not right. Roofing over flower room where ridge meets the tile not laying down. Gutter guards are not laying flat so trash will go under. Garage where gutter guards (described above) the roof about 8 feet long is up 1 inch. Looks terrible! Was waiting writing this since I contacted Tyson Jaegers several weeks ago and he stated he would be by and check it out the next day to inspect. Have not heard from anyone. Not a “happy customer”.
