From the first call with Jeff to weekly and often daily updates from Kevin the team made this process way less stressful. All of the employees that I interacted with were professional, timely and took care to keep my family as comfortable as possible while they worked. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in an unfortunate plumbing fiasco like I did.
Carey was great! Given having to have people come back to complete stuff, I would rather use someone else.
Kerry was extremely helpful and always available. If I called, he always answered the phone and was accommodating.
The job done by people was not satisfactory, they didn't do cleaning of materials thoroughly and the employees sent by RestorePro were not professional and looked like low cost resources. No one informed about the cost of this before hand and obviously this became a surprise and required lot of calls and follow up later. Only thing I want to mention about is the person Carey was good to talk to and understood the problem and reduced the cost a bit later but overall the service is not something I would go and recommend because of lack of transparency upfront and actual service quality.
