Restoration Management Company - Orange County is an excellent company!
Company did an excellent job in removing water damaged areas of my condo. They did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner.
RMC was responsive, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable every step of th way!
It took 2 months to get the project started, and I found myself having difficulty contacting Restoration Management Company to get the project going. That resulted in the 2-month delay.
Restoration Management Company - Orange County was excellent.
They left the place dirty. I called them about an issue and they refused to come back out. Also, I did not get a callback from management that I asked for.
My appointment was between 9:00am to 9:30am on a set date. Never showed up until 2:00pm with a crew from Riverside Co. They only taped our walls where mold was found, then left.
The process took forever. It took two weeks longer than it should have.
First time experience with restoration services. After the excellent services received, I most definitely recommend Restoration Management Company.
I would definitely recommend friends and family as they made the process very easy.
I will recommend to everyone! I am so happy that Nationwide works with Restoration Management Company and that they referred us to Sam Bonner (the office manager for Orange County). They were prompt, professional and worked hard on an emergency issue which included a water leak, carpet and wall damage, mold and then asbestos (when pulling up the carpet). They did everything timely and to code (asbestos is tough). They coordinated with other contractors and testing companies which was made difficult by my aging father who had fears of moving out of his house. They coordinated a pack up of half of the house and then unpacking (again made difficult by my dad not wanting to leave the house). I would recommend this company to everyone, if your insurance company recommends them then you've scored! Sam could not have been more patient and understanding as well as professional.
My insurance recommended it to me.
Restoration Management Company is very competent and professional. They communicated with me well and kept all their commitments. Once they completed the job they left the jobsite very neat and clean and full protected the appliances removed from the affected utility room. I highly recommend using Restoration Management to mitigate any interior water damage. Henry Hart
There was an awesome team that came out. They were efficient, friendly, and fast. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I've used the numerous times throughout the years, and they always did a great job. They made sure it was done correctly, and they made sure our tenants were kept happy.
They were very respectful, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I was happy with them.
When they came out, they did everything and went over everything. They were very kind, and there were no problems. They did everything right to my satisfaction.
They are a professional company. They left my house clean and removed all that needed
They did a great job and left everything spotless!
Restoration Management Company has great communication skills, a fast response and they perform very high quality work. The project manager, Diana, gave me her cell phone number and always responded very quickly. The crew performed very quickly and provided quality work.
We were not given enough warning to prepare for their arrival. In other words, we didn't know that we had to get the room cleared and take out all of our toiletries. We were not prepared or informed of the steps of the process, so we were caught unaware. We had to rush to clear the room and everything, and it was very inconvenient because when you rush you forget to bring things out that you need. I told the owner Henry, and he did apologize for it.
At this time very happy with work but anxious about long term
I would highly recommend them!
6 days passed before any work had started. The day I called for emergency water mitigation services, they did send someone out to survey the damage. Then 6 days passed before any work had started. I'm not the water damage expert but I would assume the longer we wait before acting to mitigate water damage, the greater the risk in development of mold and mildew; factors in which I believe we all would like to avoid in a water-caused damage situation. A 6 day wait when contacted for "emergency" services seems ridiculous.
They are very professional, and very careful about how they go about their business.
Their testing crew was awesome, on time, and they did a thorough job even though the environment was not liveable. As soon as you'd walk in there, you'd get an instant headache. This guy was a trooper going in there.
I have used Restoration Management Company for over 8 years and I have never been disappointed with their service.
Good service! They were on top of everything!
Restoration Management Company - Orange County was very professional and neat.
The staff is very professional and clean. They're very friendly.
Diana was amazing.
Sam Bonner was very professional. He explained the entire process in great detail! I greatly appreciated that.
They were very fast and they did a great job.
Restoration Management Company - Orange County was very responsible. They are very good, and they have good employees!
Restoration Management Company - Orange County did a good job. The only thing that I had a mild complaint about was that they didn't fully put the door back on hinges. The nails are still up.
The entire crew from workers up to site supervisor were really professional, friendly and helpful.
They were very professional, yet friendly at the same time. They were also very clean--so neat and clean. They were amazing, actually. I was so appreciative of that.
I really liked that Restoration Management Company called ahead to make sure the schedule was adequate.
Restoration Management Company - Orange County was prompt, and they have hard-working workers!
I was very satisfied with the job that they did.
Workers were terrible. They damaged my cabinet. Management was very good at compensating for the damage but what a headache. And of course, the insurance company who sent them didn't want anything to do with resolving the issue.
They did a very good job and I am happy with their work.
They were very persistent to the point that they became annoying.
I was very pleased with my project manager, Diana Boley. I explained to her that communication was very important to me. She gave me her cell number and said if I ever had questions to call her, no problem. This was not an issue I wanted to deal with at this crazy time in the world with the COVID-19 and then worrying about my house as well. Diana and her crew were great and we did have some set-backs but Diana made sure I know why and explained everything. I appreciated this as this as I had no idea how this was going to work. I felt she treated me as she would a friend and I appreciated her good work ethic and helpfulness.
Everything went well until the end. Then due to COVID 19, and the fact that I didn't want many people in my home I put the rest of the project on hold but I has them to move my furniture back into place. The sent out 2 ladies that wiped everything down, but they said the 2 guys would have to come back to move the furniture. However, I have not heard back from anyone at the company, and I had to have some of my friends come over to help me move my furniture back.
They were very good and very thorough. The guys came in and did the job and it was very clean and dry. So they did very good.
Felipe walked me through everything and was amazing. My apartment caught fire and it was a really tough situation. Felipe really did change everything for me.
They were very professional.
