I still have issues with the flooring, and they have refused to come back out and look at it and repair it. I was also charged for work that was not done, and they have refused to refund the money. I was pressured into paying for the work before the work was finished and I still do not have a final invoice with itemization of what I paid for. Supposedly, the contract manager over my case was fired and I have no point of contact anymore.
Please do not use this company. Poor service!! I requested the insurance company to hire another companydue to fact Restoration Group of the Triad (RGT) did a poor job accessing my personal property damage.My insurance company asked if they would send another group from RGT to complete the task that was handledpoorly the first time. More time off from work. The manager wasn't the greatest either. How many other families have to endure frustration and below average work from the company/employees?
They worked very well with me if I ever had any questions. Ryan called me back always. The crew cleaned up and their work was really outstanding!
They were very responsive to requests that occurred after the schedule was completed. They didn't abandon me when they were done.
They were fantastic from start to finish. We enjoyed working with Ryan. He was wonderful and very responsive. He would always answer us. He would even come out in person if necessary. We have used them again and recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased with Restoration Group of the Triad and the services provided. They were professional in area from explaining details ,providing samples, cleaning up and completing work in a timely manner. I was appreciative of how the crew handled my elephant figurines by wrapping and boxing them so that they would not break. Thanks for a job well done!!!!

Really great group, understood that we needed to get back to normal as quickly as possible.
The people that came to do the work did an excellent job and had a nice attitude. When it came to the accounting manager Joan, her attitude and the people that worked behind her wasn't good. She threatened me if I didn't pay them, they would put a lien on my home. She gave me three threats. Threatening a customer concerning the money they owe is not good.
I would not recommend them because they are not timely. They have taken too long to do no more than they have to do. I have been left in the dark about the objects they took out of my basement. I had an antique piece in my basement and I found a leg to it in the trash. I put it back together and when I went back into my basement half of it was gone. I am very upset because it was my Grandmothers and over 100 years old.
They were extremely professional and the quality was wonderful.

Within 2 hrs. they showed up at my residence after I filed my claim with homeowners insurance company for a pipe that burst and flooded my living area. Not knowing what to expect, they made my whole experience less stressful. Very professional! Thank you for coming to my rescue!

Having never gone through my house being flooded due to a broken water supply line under my sink, Restoration Group were wonderful to work with and very helpful!
The only issue that I have is that I thought they were going to do more work in terms of preventing the problem of mold and more water in my house than they did. He told me that they could put tarps down and use fans. They never did that. That is really the only issue I had with them other than being a little bit slower than expected.
