They did a great job and always kept their promise. I was very satisfied.
They are a totally irresponsible company. They all threw the ball at each other. There was no accountability. They left their tools at the house and never came back to get them. There are tons of equipment that nobody came to pick it up. I called to tell them that it was still here. They invoiced the insurance company for it. They lied to the insurance company and said that they had done a pack out, but that never happened. We had to do the house ourselves. They left boxes piled up in the house, so it was not accessible at all. My 99-year-old grandmother was left with this huge mess.
