I’m impressed with the people that did the work as well as the product. They were professional on all levels: cleaned up after themselves, drop cloths for floors & furniture. Demonstrated how to operate double hung windows & cautioned me to allow time for caulking to dry thoroughly. I’ve had a lot of work done on this old house over the past few years, so their professionalism is much appreciated.

The project manager stayed in and tried to make it less stressful with the delays and installation issues,plus they upgraded the windows. That's a huge plus.

How professional they are were.

The in-home sales experience with Michael R was excellent and largely the reason we went with Max Home. The Installation experience was solid but there were a few small glitches.

The brick on my home is ruined around the windows from the caulking job the installers did. They came out and “fixed,” it, and it’s just as bad as before.

They hire quality sales people and installers and have a great product. The difference in the amount of heat coming through the windows I do believe will save me on my electric bill have only had them two days but feel like my ac is not running near as much.

I specifically ordered specialized windows with grids. They did not have the grids put in. They are going to have to come back to complete the job. Very disappointing.

Professional and Great Service all around

The initial contact was with a very engaging young man who did a great job of describing the process. Our second contact was shortly after the first and it was with another engaging young man who was very knowledgeable and informative of our options and our third contact was again shortly after the previous. This contact was with the gentlemen who installed all the windows. They were courteous, organized, and deft. When all was finished, all was clean and neat. Also, I was shown how to properly operate the windows for general use and for cleaning.
