I believe the crew wasn't too sure of what the extent of the work would be when they started. All the guys were very professional and very aware of safety for themselves and us as customers. Once into the work everything went well.

I still have no idea what’s going on with my house, the repairs that need to be done, or when it’s happening. Might be due to the pandemic but nobody has called to inform me of anything.
Everyone was very nice and respectful. They did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the out come. The first thing that they put in was our sink which we had not had for about 3 months.They let us know what was going on at all times and what they were going to do. Very pleased with them
Job was delayed due to their lack of follow thru. I provided my cell, but apparently they ignored it and only called my wife who was at work all day. So yeah, I couldn’t contact them til the next day and then they got to repairing the water damage in my bathroom. SMH. I specifically provided my cell phone, asked them to call me. Waited all day for the call that was supposed to come within the hour of my initial inquiry to home insurance. Ridiculous.
The team at Renaissance General were professional, friendly, & patient with me throughout this process. They actually made it less stressful! I'd recommend anyone going through any sort of restoration to consider Renaissance General for the job.

Renaissance started the work and did it well. However, my insurance carrier then denied the claim so the work wasn't completed. I was left with bare walls and floors.
They did a great job on the water damage in my master bathroom. They were easy to work with answered all my questions. They even worked with my insurance company to correct an issue with the shower enclosure. Thanks so much!

We are generally pleased with the experience. All Renaissance personnel were courteous and professional. Still have some touch-up to be completed, hopefully soon.
Outstanding and superfast service. Having a water loss it's imperative that things get handled quickly to keep the damage under control. They were out to my house within the hour, explained the whole process, did the demo and handled everything professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this service.
