The communication around filing an insurance claim was not good. I would just want them to, next time, make sure to ask the homeowner if they are going to be putting in an insurance claim. Due to the lack of communication, Reliable Roofing cost me $21,000. I didn't know that I had to ask them about putting in an insurance claim, so they didn't take the right pictures. Because we don't have the right pictures needed, the insurance company called and told me they would not cover the cost of the roof that was damaged. Other than that, they did a good job.
