Dan Hedrick promptly followed up with me to get an estimate for my roof replacement. He conducted a thorough and comprehensive inspection of our roof. After we went thru the insurance process we progressed with the work. Throughout the back and forth with insurance, Tiffany kept us in the loop on the timeline and kept the process moving. When the work was done, I came home from an out of town trip and was floored by the beauty of the new roof. The clean up and removal of the old materials was outstanding and thorough, I think I have found only two stray nails in the landscaping or driveway since the installation! Far exceeding my expectations! I added additional scope to the project, having Dan replace a flat roof which was seamless and done extremely well too. I will be looking to use Redtail for gutter replacement to more effectively move water out in the future. I highly recommend Redtail Roofing! I had received two quotes initially, but Redtail Roofing was the only one to follow up and offered to be onsite with the insurance adjuster. Once I decided to go with them, I worked with Dan, the owner, and he walked me through the entire process and what to expect. During the installation, the work was done quickly but thorough and professional. All debris was cleaned up and removed at completion of the project.
