Redemption was fantastic! I needed a quick inspection of an old metal roof while under contract for a house and they were able to come out quickly and give me useful information, along with a rough estimate for what fixing it would cost. When I ended up needed to replace it with shingles, I was able to continue to work with the same person throughout the process who understood my situation. Travis took the time to sit down with me and walk through what goes into a roof instead of just throwing a quote my way, making me confident that the roof would be done correctly. They were even able to closely match the color of an existing portion of roof that was already shingled and didn't need to be replaced. The work was done in the timeframe as promised with no big surprises along the way. I'm delighted with the final product and highly recommend Redemption!
