It was a pleasure dealing with everyone (office, sales and site supervisor). The roofers and ground crew were hard workers, Thet did a great job with clean-up and the new roof is fantastic.

Before recommending I would share my experience, after the job was completed, we were able to see obvious issues , the next morning we contacted our project manager that we can see our gutter hangers were screwed right through our new shingles with no sealant , these hangers were under the shingles on our old roof and everyone who has seen our roof since comments on how they would never install it this way, our project manager told us they would come out and fix it and then texted us later and said that he sees our concern but it will be fine and that’s just how they do it, he said he and a higher up would make a call with us about it , that never happened , we have since found nails just put right through the face of shingles with no sealant and even flashing directing water behind the siding on an outside wall

They were excellent. Red Dog's Roofing was professional, excellent to work with, very easy to work with, and very timely in getting the work done and communicating.

Arrived on time, I was greeted by a professional and courteous group.

The communciation around material delivery and pickup could've been clearer. I had a stack of shingles blocking my garage for about a week. The incorrect color was delivered, and it wasn't taken when they finished the job.

I was not comfortable with a roofing crew that didn't speak one word of English

Project manager showed up at 7:30 with no workers. After awhile, he said they needed to finish a job from yesterday and would be back after noon time. At 3:00 P.M., workers showed up to start the job with no project manager and no one letting us know they were here to start the job. No one called letting us know they were coming late in the day. They half-assed covered the flowers in front of the shed. The project manager finally showed up and did not informed us he was on-site. He took a few pictures and left a bit later without talking to us about the job being performed. The workers used my wheel barrow and ladder without asking permission. If I knew they wanted to use the wheel barrow, i would have inflated the tires to normal pressure. The workers left without letting me know and asking if I was satisfied with the job. I am satisfied with the quality of the work but everything else concerning the job lacks professionalism. This is not what the salesman promised in his pitch.

Everything was great. I was happy with the salesman, and all of the foreman were good. It was a good experience. The only thing I have that is negative, is the day before, they put the material in the dumpster, and did not tell me they were coming. I had to rush around, and I was not even home when they delivered the shingles. When I got home I had to move some cars around. I told the foreman to let people know they are coming the day before. Everything else was great.

The thing I like about Red Dog's Roofing of Massachusetts is that I talked to 3-4 different companies, and Alex, the salesperson for Red Dog's Roofing of Massachusetts, was very thorough and spent 3-4 hours in our home. He inspected the inside and outside of my home. The other companies just used drones. The communication was great with Red Dog's Roofing of Massachusetts. They were able to complete the job in one day, which I did not expect as they worked 14 hours to complete it in one day. They took the necessary care to protect my grass, and that shows their quality of care.

The Red Dog process was seamless from the the initial consultation to the Project Manager to the roofing installation team to the office personnel. Would recommend Red Dog Roofing without reservations. The cost was reasonable and they complete the work in one day from beginning to end.

I think they have good customer service for the most part, the customer service rep that came out was good but I think they aren't fully transparent about some of the costs so that's why I changed it from a five to a four.

I had a very mixed experience with Red Dog's Roofing. On one hand, they hired a quality crew to install a quality roof. On the other hand, the sales process was very drawn-out, the project manager for our job was highly unprofessional, and the cost was very high.

I would like to draw particular attention to the project manager, who showed up an hour late on the day of the job, well after the installation crew had arrived and started working. He was not informed on the parameters of the project, got in the way of the workers, and took a very long time resolving a problem with the delivery of the materials. On top of that, he spoke to the (mostly Spanish-speaking) installation crew in a racist and insulting manner all day long. It was honestly embarrassing to listen to. Because of these problems, and the high cost of the roof, it's hard to recommend Red Dog's Roofing. If I had the installation crew's contact information, I would skip the middle man and hire them directly, because they did excellent work, and the roof they installed has held up well.

Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the process. The original quote was reasonable but there were additional areas on my roof that needed to be repaired and the team leader kept me informed throughout the process. Very pleased with all aspects of the project including the additional work and charges (very reasonable). I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof!

Everyone at Red Dogs Roofing was fast, friendly and hardworking. Very easy to talk to, super knowledgeable. Financing was quick and easy. They also understood about my pets needs as well. I have an elderly dog and even while on site they contacted me by phone with any issues that arose instead of knocking and upsetting the dog more. In one day they had the roof replaced and everything cleaned up. The entire process took 13 hours total. Amazing!! Ty Red Dogs! The house looks awesome!

Initially we were hoping to install a metal shingle style roof. However, the cost made us rethink our plan. When Tyler showed us the facts on the high quality products Red Dog's Roofing uses, we were delighted to go with plan B. Comparing the thickness and durability of the shingles they used verses what we could purchase ourselves in the store, it's understandable now how they can offer the warranties that they do. We didn't just buy a great looking roof, we bought long term peace of mind!

Shingle roof was installed quickly and well. Had issue with rubber roofing installation that is not a Owens Corning product. Red Dog responded immediately and resolved issue quickly. Extremely happy with their service. Will recommend them without hesitation.
